Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at Jayc_sells@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a defective item, email us at Jayc_sells@outlook.com right away.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened personal care or health products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as final sale
